I would not hesitate to rent from Ilene Pavon and her dmtproperties. Ilene has always been immediately accessible for questions and requests. She is trustworthy, professional, cares about her properties and tenants. Her rental was clean and beautifully updated. I continue to look forward to my relationship with dmtproperties.
Sincerely,
Jayne
I lived in this house for a year and it was the most wonderful experience I could have asked for! The property is very well kept and if there was ever any problem our landlord, Ilene, would immediately come to the rescue by responding quickly and making sure the issue was fixed. I would not think twice to rent from Ilene again. Most renters complain about their landlords but not us! We love both our home (with its close proximity to the UofA campus) as well as our landlord who helped us make the Willard house our home.

As a parent of a college kid, I appreciate good landlords. Ilene was very easy to work with and took care of anything that come up at the house. I recommend leasing from her and DMT properties. Very easy process.
We really enjoyed renting from Ilene. She was always quick to react and made living here very easy for us. I would definitely rent with her again. We only moved because we needed to downsize our house and we are sad to lose her as our landlord.
