My fiancee and I have been renting with DMT properties for a while now and I would definitely recommend renting with them. Ilene is easy to contact and responds quickly, needing maintenance does not happen too often but when we do Ilene always has someone out and the situation resolved quickly and without hassle for us. The property is very nice with a large bedroom and close to the university as well as various restaurant and shopping areas as well as the mountain bike path, no complaints.
I have lived in my apartment for close to a year now, and I can say Ilene and DMT properties are the best renters I have ever had hands down. Any time I need anything, even the smallest issue Ilene was very helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Ilene is the kindest woman and has made my renting experience more than amazing. I definitely recommend anyone thinking about renting from DMT to do so, you will not find a more caring group.
We have lived at this house for two years and it is great! It is an excellent house within biking distance to the U of A. Ilene is a great landlord! Anything that happened was fixed within a few days. If you are a U of A student I would highly recommend this house to live in with some friends!
This is a great house to rent! Ilene is so great to work with. Our concerns and questions are quickly answered. As an example, our dishwasher started leaking so I informed Ilene of it and the next day we had a new dishwasher! She is very professional (and nice!), it’s a pleasure dealing with her! The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well.
This house is very cozy, and we have enjoyed living here. The wood floors are gorgeous, and the house feels very spacious. It is in a prime location, close to the Mountain bike path, University of Arizona and downtown. Our dogs love the giant, fenced backyard and are very happy taking walks on the Mountain bike path. The management is nice, attentive and quick to address any tenant concerns. I highly recommend renting this house.
My girlfriend and I have been renting from Ilene for over a year and we both have nothing but positive things to say about her and her properties. She is an amazing, compassionate, patient and funny human. She prides herself in the quality of her properties and will seriously break her back bending over to make sure she gets you into the absolute best property available. We really can’t say enough good things about Ilene and DMT Properties. The Doll House is charming, quaint, has a washer/dryer, AC/Heat, a garden room, full kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom and a cute little yard. It’s simple and easy living. I hope Ilene and DMT Properties remain in my and my loved one’s life for many years to come.
