I have lived in this house for over a year now and have absolutely loved it! The location is great, both in proximity to grocery stores and the University of Arizona, as well as secluded and away from the main streets. Ilene has been a phenomenal landlord, constantly checking in to see how everything is going and is very quick to respond if any of the house needs maintenance or special attention. I would highly recommend not only this property, but Ilene as a landlord!
This is a great location and a great home. Beautiful fenced yard with plenty of shade for pets; plenty of outside storage with good access for bikes. The home is in great shape with thoughtful amenities, and the thick walls keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
On move-in, I ran into a fence here and broke a few pickets (sorry, Historic Adobe). DMT replaced and painted the pickets right away! No fuss and no trouble. DMT is great to work with – always super responsive and always helpful! Thank you!
